My children wanted more kid-friendly activities in the hotel.

The hotel was in front of such local attractions as cala gat. Personnel was ATTENTIVE as expected.

This hotel was in a quiet area. Here we were not far from few of our favorite spots such as Maxximum Gym. Very clean property...

The hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! It was incredibly clean and the three outdoor pools and indoor pool/spa were super impressive. The pool area was stunning with plenty of loungers. My double plus room in the new extension was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, being close to Cala Agulla beach and a short walk into town. The staff, even though they mostly spoke Spanish/German, were so patient with my attempts to communicate. The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, and the service at meal times was excellent. I had a jaw-dropping experience at this hotel and highly recommend it for families looking to relax. The nearby restaurants were also brilliant, offering delicious and affordable food.

We were very impressed with the new spa, the staff were all really pleasent and helpful. The food selection was fantastic. We even wanted to stay an extra night we were so comfortable but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, not surprising.. will definately go again.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Bella Playa & Spa for a relaxing family getaway. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite being fully booked, the hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The meals at the hotel were excellent, and the beach was just a short walk away. Additionally, there were some fantastic nearby restaurants offering delicious and affordable food, including traditional options.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The spa area is excellent! Staff was great and gave us wonderful recommendations. The breakfast buffet made the hotel a great value for the money.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was conveniently close to the port, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The service was impeccable, from the friendly room service to the helpful staff at the reception. We also appreciated the variety of amenities available, such as car hire and laundry services. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect, including its location and the services it offered.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location near two beautiful beaches on an incredible Mediterranean bay. it's within walking distance to the port area, where the main night-life of the resort is located. For beach-lovers, it's only a few minutes down to Cala Agulla beach. Guests can enjoy a large restaurant with good variety of food and accommodating, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with the option for newer more well-decorated rooms. Facilities include a spa, swimming pool, tennis, darts, and more.

The swimming pool is quite small and cold - not ideal for those who like to swim laps or spend long periods in the water.

Chose this hotel for attending AGM; promotions and offers allowed me to enjoy a great holiday with family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Facilities like the outdoor pool, indoor pool, and spa were well-maintained and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

We have stayed at the Bella Playa before and returned because we were very impressed with the facilities. Yes it is predomenantly German as this resort seems to be. The food selection at meal times were very varied and you would find something to your taste from the menu. Always well presented and lots of choice. We think it is one of the main reasons we returned because the food was excellent. The room was lovely and kept clean only problem not having any tea making facilities.

We chose this hotel for its spa facilities, this was a let down as it didn´t open until 3pm in the afternoon, when the weather was bad it meant we had to sit around all day waiting for it to open and then it was bombarded. There was problem on the last day of our visit and the indoor pool was closed as well as the spa we understand these things happen so could can not really blame anyone.

The breakfast had a decent variety of food and the coffee was good. The hotel was close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to find a place to eat. The room was adequately clean.

The room was very small and cramped with no room to move around. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and was generally not cleaned well.
